摘    要:提出了弹性可变截面均压槽的概念,并以此概念为核心提出了用弹性环形薄板实现可变截面均压槽、可变节流器复合作用的推力轴承结构和用弹性环形薄板实现可变截面均压槽与刚性均压槽相组合作用的推力轴承结构.对新型气体静压推力轴承的环形弹性均压槽弹性变形的检测结果表明:均压槽的宽度、深度都能随设计压力的改变产生满足控制要求的尺度变化,说明这种结构的设计、制造和检测都是成功的;对新型气体静压推力轴承的载荷特性的检测结果表明:在检测范围内轴承的刚度处处都比较高,约为150 N/μm.有可能用于载荷变化较大的场合,有较好使用前景.

Abstract:The concept of elastic variable-section pressure-equalizing groove is proposed.And based on the concept,it is proposed to realize the combination action of variable-section pressure-equalizing groove with variable flow-controller by an elastic circular sheet,and the elastic circular sheet is used in the structural design of thrust bearing.In the thrust bearing,the variable-section pressure-equalizing groove acts together with rigid pressure-equalizing groove.The detection results of the elastic deformation of the elastic circular pressure-equalizing groove of the new aerostatic thrust bearing show that,the width and the depth of the pressure-equalizing groove all will produce the variations to meet requirements with the change of the designed pressure,which shows that the design and the manufacture of the structure are very successful.The measurement results of the load performance of the new aerostatic thrust bearing show that,the stiffness of the aerostatic thrust bearing is higher everywhere in the detection range,and it can reach to 150 N/μm.The bearing may be used in the situation of greater load variation,and therefore,it will have good application prospects.
