摘    要:对化学复合镀镍磷聚四氟乙烯 (Ni P -PTFE)的工艺进行了研究 ,讨论了表面活性剂、聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)、pH值与温度对镀层中PTFE的含量和镀速的影响 ,确定出复合镀Ni P -PTFE的最佳工艺 .测定镀层的减摩性能、硬度、磨损率 .首次将Ni P -PTFE应用于制药设备上 ,实验证明Ni P -PTFE镀层不仅有效减小制药过程中的碰撞摩擦 ,更能有效防止药粒与塑料隔板之间的静电作用

Abstract:The electroless plating techniques for the deposition of Ni P-PTFE composite coating is studied on the basis of Ni P. The effects of PTFE dispersion, surface active agent, pH and temperature are discussed. The properties of Ni P-PTFE coating have been studied. The tribological performance is obviously influenced by PTFE content of the coating. It is found that as the PTFE content increasing, the friction reducing,however, results show that hardness and wear resistance reduce remarkably as PTFE content increasing. Among them, 9wt% of the PTFE in the coating is adaptive to reduce friction. It is also very effective in preventing the static electric charge produced in the process medical industry.
