可编程逻辑器件的发展及其应用

摘    要:可编程逻辑器件(PLD) 是用于自行设计、生产数字集成电路的器件, 自70年代诞生以来, 得到了迅速发展. 介绍了PLD发展过程中的典型器件PAL、PLA、GAL、FPGA、EPLD等, PLD尤其是高密度PLD, 具有使用灵活、成本低廉和反复可编程等特点, 广泛应用于电子、通信等领域.

Abstract:PLD is used to design and product digital integrated circuit. It has been developed quickly since 1970's. This paper introduces the typical PLD, such as PAL, PLA, GAL and EPLD etc. PLD, especially high density PLD, has the characteristics of easily designed, low cost and reprogrammable. So it can be widely applied in the field of electron and communication.
