| 摘 要： | 当今时代，虽然处于国际社会主义运动的低潮时期，但对于社会主义的理论发展来说，却是一个有利的机遇。社会主义正处于发展阶段，相对应，我们对于社会主义的认识不可能达到多么完备的程度。我们对于发展社会主义学说，应该理性清醒，不断探索，逐步取得对社会主义初步的认识。

| Abstract: | The contemporary era,though at a low ebb during the socialist movement,for the development of socialist theory,is a favorable opportunity.Socialism is now at the stage of development,corresponding to our understanding of socialism can not reach such a high level.In developing the socialist theory,we should be modest and prudent,rational and sober,and keep making exploration,step by step to obtain a preliminary understanding of socialism. |
