摘    要:在机械故障振动诊断中,通过检测传感器拾取时域振动信号,再经过FFT变换得到频域信号,可以对故障类型进行判别。分析了轴承的故障类型与特征频率的关系。通过建立隶属函数和贴近度函数,提出了以模糊数学为基本原理的故障判别方法。利用该方法可以更好地解决故障类型的计算机识别问题

Abstract:The method and principle for discriminating mechanical faults are discussed. The diagnosis of fault type of bearing is developed by using fuzzy mathematics. The relationship between fault type of bearing and special frequency of vibration signal are analyzed. The membership functions and approximate degree functions are proposed. The diagnosis of fault on computer can be made by using this method.
