| 摘 要： | 从研究船舶条件现状着手，总结出评价船舶安全状况的若干主要指标，运用系统工程学原理，通过层次分析法，确定各评价指标对于船舶安全的影响程度，并以模糊数学为工具，建立二级综合评判的数学模型对船舶条件的优劣程度进行定性和定量的综合评价，可为船舶、船公司及相关管理部门改善船舶条件提供科学的依据。

| Abstract: | This paper formulates several main indexes on assessing ship's safety by anaiyzing the state of ship's condition and by applying of systematic engineering and AHP to define the important degree of each assessing index. The theory of Fuzzy Mathematics is drawn on to set up a mathematical model of comprehensive assessment to qualitative and quantitative evaluate ship's safety. So it can provide scientific basis for shipping company and administration to enhance the level of ship management. |
