| 摘 要： | 水是人类社会赖以生存和发展的不可替代的资源,是人类社会可持续发展的最基本条件之一.多年以来,水的问题早已向我们发出了警告,由于缺水和水污染,人类和动、植物面临着重重困难和危机.晋城市是一个发展中的城市,为了利用有限的水资源求得生存和发展,必然选择并将继续探索可持续发展之路,实现水资源的可持续利用.

| Abstract: | Water is vital for the survival and development of human society and cannot be replaced,it is one of the basic requirements for the sustainable development of human society.Over the years,the water issue has already given a warning to us,and water shortage and water pollution are putting human beings,animals and plants in difficulties and dangers.Jincheng City,as a developing city,to survive and develop with the limited water resources,must choose and continue to explore sustainable development to realize the sustainable use of water resources. |
