改进大学一年级的德育工作是搞好衔接的重要环节

随着招生规模的扩大，入学新生的整体素质有了较大的变化，再加上中学和大学在学生教育培养上的脱节，如何搞好衡接、过渡，成为高校德育工作者的一个新课题。近两年的大学城工作实践说明：衔接是一年级学生适应大学生活的关键阶段，改进一年级的德育工作是搞好衔接的重要环节。从一年级德育工作在针对性、过渡性、主导性和综合性等四个方面存在的不适应问题入手，提出要针对一年级学生的新特点，积极探索德育工作的有效途径，作出“四个坚持”：即，一是要确立一年级德育工作德育工作的四个目标；二是要坚持抓好一年级德育工作的四个阶段；三是要坚持抓好一年级德育工作的四个原则；四是要坚持抓好一年级德育工作的四个机制，充分发挥德育 工作的巨大潜能，增强全员德育意识，充分调动教师、学生的双向积极性，构建起系统化、科学化和综合化的德育工作新格局，才能使德育工作的主动性、针对性和有益性真正落到实处，推进衔接工作顺利进行。

Effective Moral Education an Important Link in Freshmen's Work

With the enlarged enrollment in universities,the overall qualities of the freshmen are different,which has set a new task for college ethical workers.The two years' working experience in the University City indicates that the first year's moral education is a key link in the freshmen's transitional stage.To deal with the current problems in freshmen's moral education,it is explored a new and effective approach to the moral education in accordance with the characteristics of the freshmen.The new approach gives a full play to the moral education's potentialities,strengthens the stafft's sense of moral education,awakens both the teachers' and the students'zeal,and establishes a systematic,scientific and comprehensive pattern for the moral education.This ensures the realization of the moral education and the smooth development of the link work.
