火电机组的在线能损分析

摘    要:介绍了清华大学热能工程系开发的火电机组在线能损分析软件的功能与结构,它可以使运行人员实时了解机组热力系统的运行状况,掌握机组的热经济性指标,及时做出决策,有利于节能降耗。该软件是在中文Windows3.2环境下用VisualBasic3语言编写的。根据用这个软件在一台125MW机组上得到的能损分析数据和对8台机组运行参数的数据分析,建议监测汽轮机排汽的湿度,并根据排汽湿度来调整匹配好新蒸汽或再热蒸汽的温度与压力,以防止汽轮机末级叶片水蚀,保持机组在高效率下长周期运行。这项技术对我国电厂的节能降耗工作有现实意义。

Abstract:An on line energy loss analysis software for a power generating unit was developed written in Visual Basic 3 on the Chinese Windows 3.2 and was used in an 125 MW unit. By using it, the real time state of health of the thermal system and thermo economical performances of the unit can be known. The proper decision can be made to decrease energy consume of a running unit. A new suggestion on decreasing energy consume and preventing the last stage of a running unit from eroding by water is offered, which is benefit to energy saving.
