基于Fieldbus技术的水泥粉尘静电除尘控制系统模型

摘    要:为解决水泥生产企业高压静电除尘装置孤立分散控制、环境恶劣、记录繁琐、职业病多发、自动化程度低及很难及时发现并处理各种故障等难题,应用现场总线(Fieldbus)技术对多台水泥除尘器进行综合控制.介绍了现场总线技术的基本特点,设计了基于Fieldbus技术的六套水泥厂高压静电除尘器的网络模型,分析了网段设计与网络模型实现方法.应用Fieldbus技术进行控制,可实现系统现场设备数字透明的时实传输功能,提高系统控制与管理水平,降低运行成本.

Abstract:In order to settel well the difficult problems that the high voltage electrostatic precipitator of the cement manufacturing enterprise generally is isolated and dispersedly controlled and it is very difficult to find and deal with various kinds of troubles in time because of the diagusting environment, tedious register, frequent occupational disease and the low automatic degree, the Fieldbus technology is used to control synthetically the dust remover of much sets of cementt. The basic characteristic of the technology of Fieldbus is introduced, the network model of the high voltage electrostatic precipitator of six sets of cement plants based on Fieldbus technology is designed, the implementation method of network section designing and network model is analysed. Many sets of cement dust high voltage electrostatic precipitator can be controlled by the Fieldbus technology , the transparent real transmission function of on-the-spot equipment figure of the system can be implemented, system controlling and management level can be raised, the operating cost can be reduced.
