| 摘 要： | 利用PCR—RFLP技术对含有已知cry1基因的8株标准菌株和2株遗传工程菌进行了基因分析，证实了该方法的可行性．并在此基础上鉴定了分离保藏的70株B．t菌株的cry1型基因，结合SDS—PAGE分析以及室内生物测定结果，讨论了基因型与蛋白表达及毒力之间的关系．

| Abstract: | PCR-RFLP was used to detect the cry-1 type genes in eight standard Bt strains and two genetically engineered bacteria containing known cry1-type genes. The results matched the predicted restriction patterns, indicating that this method is feasible. Furthermore, test and determination of cry-1 type gene, insecticidal crystal proteins and toxicity to S. exigua and H. armigera of 70 local B. thuringiensis isolates were carried out to analyze their relationship. |
