| Abstract: | The Slowly increase of Peasants' income is the conspicuous problem in our country. The deep reasons of restricting peasants' income are the no-agriculturazation and citization of the agricultural population. In order to increase Peasants' income, we should open all avenues for people of talant, speed up transferring the spare labour force in many ways. |
