菁染料光稳定性及氧猝灭剂对其光稳定性的影响

摘    要:文中对不同母核结构菁染料的光谱特性和光稳定性,以及氧猝灭剂对菁染料光稳定性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,这四种菁染料在近红外区均有较强吸收,其光氧化反应遵循一级动力学衰减 ,通过对光氧化反应速率常数k的测定,四种菁染料光稳定性随母核结构按以下顺序递减:吲哚>喹啉 >噻唑。选用的单重态氧猝灭剂能有效提高菁染料的光稳定性,菁染料的稳定性与氧猝灭剂的加入量有一定关联。

Abstract:Four cyanine dyes with different heterocyclic stem nuclei structures were chosen for studying the spectrum characteristics and the effect of singlet oxygenquencher on the photostability of cyanine dyes. The results show that the four cyanine dyes have a high absorption value in near infrared range, and the photooxidations of the dyes follow quasi first order kinetics. It is found that the photostability of the dyes with different heterocyclic stem nuclei structures is in such order: benindolenine>benquinoline>benzothiazole, in the conditions that the rate constants k of the photooxidation reaction of four dyes were measured. A singlet oxygenquencher was chosen successfully to stabilize cyanine dyes. It is indicated that the content of oxygenquencher can also affect the photostability of dyes.
