| Abstract: | English idioms are concise. They have profound meaning and beautiful rhythm. They are not only the crystallization in English language development, but also an important part in the development of English culture. We can use some idioms in our class to motivate our students' interests in learning and improve the effect of studying. This essay will explain the magical effect of the idioms in phonetics, grammar, rhetoric, culture and morality. |
