| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱－紫外检测技术测定了盐酸环丙沙星的杂质量，对文献方法的分析条件进行了优化，着重探讨在流动相中加入三乙胺后色谱分离的行为变化，缩短了分析时间，提高了灵敏度，平均回收率为１００．７７％。

| Abstract: | The impurity of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. The major character is to detect the effect of triethylamine on the separation of ciprofloxacin hydrochioride. The reversed phase HPLC method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. This method will be useful for determining impurities in ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. |
