微弧氧化逆变电源控制系统的研究

摘    要:为满足微弧氧化工艺要求,设计出一种两级逆变式微弧氧化电源.介绍了两级逆变式微弧氧化电源的控制系统.它以高性能DSP作为其控制核心,通过调节输出两组4路PWM信号分别驱动前级功率逆变电路和后级斩波逆变电路.功率逆变电路采用有限双极性的控制方式以实现电压大小的调节,通过控制斩波逆变电路可以得到所需的各种电压波形.同时,该控制系统还具有过流、过欠压、过热、参数超限等故障诊断与保护功能.试验和应用证明,该控制系统可以实现精密、稳定的控制,提高了电源的适应能力,拓宽了实用范围.

Research on the Control System of Micro-arc Oxidation Inverter Power Supply
Abstract:A twice-inverter power supply is designed to meet different requirement of micro-arc oxidation. The control system of the twice-converter MAO power supply is introduced in this paper. It uses a high-performance DSP as its control core. Through adjusting output two groups with four lines PWM signal to drive anterior power and latter chopper inverter circuit respectively. The limited bipolar control mode is applied in the power converter circuit in order to achieve the size of voltage regulation, and various voltage waveform can be obtained by controlling the Chopper circuit. Meanwhile, this control system also has fault diagnosis and protection function, such as over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and over-parameter-set. Experiments and applications show that this system can control the power supply critically and stably, and it improved the power supply's capacity and broadened its practical scope.
