| 摘 要： | 为了保证建筑物的正常使用寿命和安全性、并为以后的勘测设计施工提供可靠的资料及相应的沉降参数,建筑物沉降观测的必要性和重要性愈加明显.提出了高层建筑施工中沉降观测的基本要求和施测步骤,阐述了常见问题的处理方法,并给出了沉降预测的实例,以及对沉降预测工作提出了建设性意见.

| Abstract: | To ensure the normal life time and security of buildings,to provide the reliable data and corresponding settlement parameters for the survey design,necessity and significance of settlemant observation are even more obvious.The fundamental requirements of settlement observation and its carrying out steps are put forward.The treatment method for the common problems is introduced and an example of settlement predication is given.Finally,constructive ideas about settlement predication are proposed. |
