摘    要:教育社会学的后现代发展趋势使它具有开放性、创造性和多元性的理论倾向,它启示我们在构建“以人为本”的学生培养机制时,要以“学生综合素质提高和身心健康发展”为本;要以“综合、系统、动态、辩证的观点”审视学生培养机制的构建和发展;要以“统筹兼顾”的方法促进学生培养机制构建的协调和完善。

Abstract:The trend of post-modem sociology of education is a theory with the characteristic of openness, creativeness, and diversity. Firstly, it inspires people that a "human-oriented" student-developing-mechanism should be built, which the principle of improving the overall quality as well as the physical and mental health development of students should be followed. Moreover, it inspires people that a comprehensive, systematic, dynamic, and dialectical attitude should be taken to examine the constnlction and development of the student cultivating mechanism. Last, a holistic approach in developing the coordination and improvement of the mechanism should be offered properly.
