摘    要:以三甲基氢醌为原料,Meerwin芳基化反应为关键步骤合成新型抗糖尿病药物曲格列酮,总收率达3.3%.关键中间体及最终化合物的结构由元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱及碳谱得到确证.合成中避免使用高温、高压等条件,适合于工业化生产.

Abstract:Trog1ltazune, 5- L4 1 (6-nydroxy-2, 5, 7, 8-tetramethylchroman-2-yl ) methoxy ] -benzyl ]-2, 4-thlazulldinedione was syntheslzed by means of Meerwin arylation as a plvotal step. The total yleld was 3. 3 %. The structures of the key lntermediates and the final product were conflrmed by MS, elementary analysls, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra in our experiments. The route detest1ng high presure and high ternperature may be applled to lndustr1al production.
