溶剂挥发法制备还原型谷胱甘肽微胶囊

摘    要:以玉米胚中还原型谷胱甘肽为芯材,以海藻酸钠为壁材,采用溶剂挥发法对玉米胚中还原型谷胱甘肽进行微胶囊化研究.选二氯甲烷为有机溶剂,通过单因素实验及正交试验得出微胶囊化的最佳工艺条件:壁材质量分数为4.0%、壁材芯材比为15∶1、明胶质量分数2%、搅拌速度4 000 r/min微胶囊包埋率可达63.12%.

Abstract:This paper adopted reduced glutathione corn germ for microencapsulation by solvent evaporation method and used corn germ of reduced glutathione as core material,sodium alginate as the wall.Selected dichloromethane as organic solvent,by single factor experiments and orthogonal test the optimum microencapsulation conditions were given as follow: the concentration of wall material 4.0%,the ratio of core material wall material 15∶ 1,2% gelatin concentration,stirring speed 4000 r/min.Microencapsulated rate of 63.12%.
