摘    要:为实现平衡压力钻进、设计合理井身结构、保证钻井各作业环节过程中井眼保持稳定,以提高钻井的综合经济效益,准确建立孔隙、破裂、和坍塌压力剖面是首要解决的问题。地层压力剖面建立的智能化计算机软件系统(ISEPG)将测井、录井、地震、地层泄漏试验及室内岩石试验数据整理后,应用DC指数法、声波时差法、地震层速度法建立地层孔隙压力剖面;应用国内外先进的计算模式和实测数据的拟合分析,确定综合地层孔隙、破裂和坍塌压力剖面。ISEPG系统有总控系统、数据录入、数据计算整理、数据补充处理、新井压力剖面建立、数据回归整理、数据查询、图形查询、辅助系统等子模块组成。介绍了ISEPG系统的基本结构、系统原理、软件功能及实现方法。

Abstract:In order to realize balanced pressure drilling, design reasonable wellbore construction, assure wellbore stability in the processing of drilling, and raise comprehensive economic efficency of drilling, it is essential to accurately establish the formation pore, fracture and caving pressure gradients. The intelligence computer software system introduced in this paper, after processing the data obtained from well logging, logging, seismic log, formation leakage testing or/and laboratory testing of rock property, can establish the formation pore pressure gradients with DC-index method, sonic interval transit time method or/and seismic velocity method; the formation fracture and caving pressure gradients can be established by applying the advanced caculation pattern in the world. According to the reliability analysis of original data and the fitting analysis of measured data, the software system can also determine the comprehensive formation pore, fracture and caving pressure gradients. It consists of the general control system,the pieces of inputting of data, computing and arranging of data, complementing of data, establishing of the pressure gradients of wells which are under design,regressing of data, inquiring of data and inquiring of graphs, and auxiliary system. Its basic construction, principle, function, and realizing method are introduced as stress.
