| 摘 要： | 在系统控制理论基础上，对企业整体柔性的概念和模型进行了探讨．建立了企业与环境之间双向控制的关系模型．指出企业组织既可以看成是一个受控系统，同时也可以看成是一个自主性的系统．通过对企业组织与环境控制关系中有效性和可行性的分析，讨论了企业柔性的多维含义．从不同的控制结构模式，分析了企业柔性管理与设计工作的含义和特点．探讨了提高企业柔性的一般思路．

| Abstract: | A systematic and multidimensional picture of the enterprise flexibility is described on the basis of the theory of system control. The general idea consists in the fact that the essence of enterprise flexibilityis an interaction between an enterprise and its environmet, and a relational model for the bidirectional control between them is developed. Some patterns and features of the interaction are studied. The multidimensional meaning of enterprise flexibility is discussed based on an analysis of the effectiveness and feasibility of the relationship between the organization of an enterprise and the control over its environment. The implications and specific features of the management of enterprise flexibility and the design work are analyzed from various modes of control structures. Some general lines of thought for the improvement of the enterprise flexibility are discussed. |
