职业教育与区域经济的链接及互动

白云职业技术学院在广东珠三角经济区域背景中发展的分析和解读，在一定程度上揭示了现代职业教育与社会区域经济之间的关联，其基本结论为：社会经济是职业教育的前提和基础，其发育发展程度和需求拉动职业教育的发展和改革；而有效的职业教育和职业培训为社会经济特别是区域经济培养了大批技能型人才，提高了劳动者素质，支撑经济可持续发展；与此同时，包括各级各类职业学校和培训教育机构在内的职业教育体系也得到了发展。职业教育与社会经济呈现共生互动态势。

Links and Interactilns between Vocatilnal Educatiln & Regional Economy

This article analyzing and interpreting Baiyun Vocational Education under the background of the economic development of Guangdong Pearl River Delta, tries to unveil the relationship between current vocational education and social economy. The basic conclusion of the article is that Social economy is the basis and precondition of vocational education, that the degree of its growth and development promotes the development and reform of vocational education; effective vocational education and training cultivates a large amount of skilled technicians, improves the quality of the labour force,and supports the sustainable development of economy.
