高纯二甲基二硫醚制备工艺研究与开发

摘    要:阐述了以Na2S、硫磺(S)与(CH3)2SO4为原料,制取高纯二甲基二硫醚(DMDS)的工艺过程。通过试验优选出各步反应和单元操作的适宜工艺条件,由Na2S2与(CH3)2SO4合成DMDS的最优反应条件如下:Na2S2与(CH3)2SO4的物质的量比为1.2/反应温度为50-55℃,反应时间为2.0-2.5h,(CH3)2SO4的流量为30-35mL/min。DMDS的总收率达92%以上,产品的质量分数超过99.7%。

Abstract:The high purity dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) was prepared.The technological process of the reactions was described.The suitable technological conditions of the reactions and unit operations were established based on the experiment results. The optimum reaction conditions of synthetizing DMDS from Na2S2 and (CH3)2SO4 are as follows: the molar ratio of Na2S2 to (CH3)2SO4 is 1.2;the reaction temperature is controlled between 50~55 ℃;the reaction time is 2.0~2.5 h;the volumetric flow rate is 30~35 mL/min.The total yield of DMDS reached more than 92% and its purity is over 99.7%.
