城市化进程中的"城中村"问题研究——以南宁市江南区为例

随着城市化的快速发展,因城乡二元结构体制的滞后而导致的“城中村”问题日益突出,严重制约着城市化的发展进程和城市建设的发展.南宁市作为中国-东盟博览会的永久会址和广西壮族自治区政治、经济、文化中心,进行“城中村”改造势在必行.通过推行城中村综合改造,彻底打破城乡分割的二元管理体制,实现农村向城市、村民向市民、农村管理向城市管理的社会综合转变过程,可以为南宁市城市化的全面、协调、可持续发展创造有利条件.

Study on the "Village inside City" Problem during the Process of Urbanization——Take Jiangnan District of Nanning as an example

Along with growing apace urbanization,the "Village inside City" problem brought by the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas has become more and more serious,and is restricting the process of urbanization.As the forever site of China-ASEAN Expo and the political,economic and cultural center of Guangxi,Nanning must undo the "Village inside City".By altering the "Village inside City",breaking up the dual economic structure,and changing the rural areas into urban areas,villager into citizen,rural management into city management,can create advantageous conditions for all-sided,harmonious and continuable development in Nanning urbanization.
