| 摘 要： | 中国与韩国在发展经济上的一个共同特征就是通过制定和实施经济“五年计划”来促进经济快速发展,并取得了巨大的成功,创造了令世界惊讶的经济增长奇迹.两国国情的异同决定了两国经济“五年计划”在编制、性质、作用以及政策内容方面既有共同之处又各有特色.将两国的“五年计划”进行比较分析,有益于加深对两国经济发展历程的认识,对我们今后开展经济工作也有积极的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | China and South Korea share a common trait in economic development, which is that they all promote economic development through drawing up and carrying out economic five-year plans, and make great success and perform economic miracles. The differences and similarities of state conditions determine that five - year plans of two countries share both similarities and characteristics in respects of drafting, nature, effect, and contents. To comparatively analyze the economic five-year plans between China and South Korea, it is beneficial to understand deeply the experience of economic development of two countries, and also to carry out economics by now. |
