国防建设与生态关系简论

近年来，随着经济飞速发展、社会不断进步，生态问题的严重性日益突显。国防建设作为国家建设的重要组成部分，也与生态问题密切相关。一方面，生态对国防建设具有不可或缺的支撑作用。另一方面，国防建设对生态也造成了破坏。必须辩证地看待两者之间的关系，在加强国防建设的同时维护生态平衡。

The relationship between national defense construction and ecology

In recent years, along with the rapid development of economy and the progress of society, ecological problem shows increasing graveness. As an important part of national construction, national defense construction is also related closely with ecological problem. On the one hand ecology plays an essential role in supporting national defense construction, on the other hand an enormous ecological damage is brought by the construction. The paper points out that the relationship between national defense construction and ecology should be regarded dialectically. While strengthening national defense construction, great efforts should be taken to keep ecological balance.
