| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是中国特色社会主义理论体系中的最新理论成果，它围绕社会主义实现什么样的发展、怎样发展等重大问题展开系统论述，进一步回答了什么是中国特色社会主义，怎样建设中国特色社会主义的根本问题。文中从科学发展现所揭示的发展规律、发展价值目标和发展道路三个层次入手，把科学发展观的理论体系概括为十论。

| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is the newest theoretical achievement of the socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics. It expounds on such issues as what kind of development the socialism should realize and how to develop it, further answers the fundamental questions of what the socialism with Chinese characteristics is and how to build it. This paper summarizes the system of scientific development as ten theories from the following three levels： development rule, development values and objectives, and development route. |
