定向越野在田径教学中运用的实验研究

根据田径教学中短跑与定向越野的特点，把定向越野的教学手段引入到大学生田径课短跑教学中并付诸实验。结果显示在短跑教学中运用定向越野的教学方法能够提高学生们对短跑的兴趣，更加喜欢田径课，学习态度更加积极主动，有利于实现教学目标。

An Experimental Study on the Application of Cross- country Orienteering in Track and Field Teaching

Considering the characteristics of sprint teach- ing and orienteering, in this study we proposed and exper- imented on introducing cross-country orienteering teaching methods into the teaching of sprint in college athletic clas- ses. Our results showed that the application of the teach- ing methods of cross-country orienteering in the sprint teaching increased students＇ interest in sprint, boosted the popularity of athletics classes, and helped students devel- op a more positive attitude towards their study, hence con- ducive to the realization of the teaching goals.
