| 摘 要： | 在当前的就业形势下,如何为毕业生党建工作找寻出路,促进毕业生党员就业已成为高校的一大重要课题。本文从分析当前高校毕业生严峻的就业形势入手,总结出毕业生党建工作中存在的一些突出问题;提出通过实施加强毕业生党员的"需求教育",毕业生党建与就业工作有机结合以及建设"服务型"党建教工队伍等措施来克服就业压力,提高毕业生党建工作实效。
