| Abstract: | As an important component of the project management, construction materials procurement has a major impact to control the project cost effectively. Some useful suggestions can be put forward to reducing the materials procurement cost ad strengthening the management of project cost control by the analysis of the interaction of the materials procurement and project cost, and the future prospects of materials purchasng patterns can be seen. |
