| 摘 要： | 以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和对苯醌合成了10-(2′,5′-二羟基苯基)-9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷菲-10-氧化物(DHPDOPO),采用元素分析、红外光谱(FTIR)及核磁共振对DHPDOPO的结构进行了表征.以含磷中间体DHPDOPO和双酚A与低分子量的双酚A二缩水甘油醚合成制备了含磷量分别为1%和2%的含磷环氧树脂,并采用FTIR及凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对该含磷环氧树脂的结构、分子量及分布进行了表征.

| Abstract: | A phosphorus2containing monomer , 10-(2′,5′-bis( hydroxy) phenyl)-9 , 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide ( DHPDOPO ) , was synthesized through 9 ,102dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) and 1 , 4-benzoquinone. The st ructure of DHPDOPO was characterized by elemental analysis , Fourier t ransform inf rared ( FTIR) and 1H-NMR spect roscopies. The phosphorus2containing epoxy resins with phosphorus content of 1 % and 2 % were synthesized through DHPDOPO , bisphenol-A and a lowmolecular weighted diglycidyl ether of bisphenol2A. The st ructure , molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of two phosphorus2containing epoxy resins were confirmed by FTIR and GPC. |
