摘    要:为了探索二类油层大幅度提高采收率的有效方法,断东东块二类油层2009年2月改注聚表剂驱,通过研究区块改注聚表剂驱后,注入井注入参数及采出井生产参数的变化,得出:注入、采出能力、油层动用状况及采出井含水变化的特征。通过分析采出井油层发育状况及井组注采关系看出:二次见效及改后见效井,聚合物阶段,井组聚合物用量较少,采出程度较低,剩余油饱和度较高;针对这部分采出井,加大注入井措施力度的同时,提高注入井配注及注入浓度,加强聚表剂注入;针对采出井采液指数下降、供液不足及沉没度低的井增多的情况,及时调整机采参数,对采出井薄差油层压裂改造,提高注聚效果。截止到2009年9月,区块阶段提高采收率4.9个百分点,预计最终提高采收率13.1个百分点。

Abstract:In order to explore effective methods to enhance oil recovery for the sub layers, it changed to inject polysurfactant in east block of duandong in February, 2009. Based on researching the change injection indexs and other production parameters , the characteristics of capacity of injection and production, swept condition of reservoir and water-cut behavior of production wells were drew. By analyzing the development condition of oil-layers and injection-production relation of well array, it can be concluded that during polymer injection period, polymer usage of well array is small, recovery degree is less, remaining oil satruation is high for polysurfactant flooding wells and wells that has been taken effect secondarily. In view of those production wells, the measures of injection wells are increased, meanwhile injection allocation and input concentration should be adjusted to enhance injection vloume of polysurfactant. The fluid productivity index of wells declined, the feeding liquid were insufficient and the submergence depth were increasing and these wells were increasing. For these condition, machine production parameters of wells should be adjusted timely and thin and poor reservoirs should be fractured for production wells to raise effect of polysurfactant flooding. The interval recovery of block have been enhanced by 4.9 until September, 2009, and the ultimate recovery rate are expected to enhance by 13.1.
