PIN结合论对运动员竞技能力系统的看法

运动员的竞技能力系统问题涉及科学把握运动训练竞赛活动的四个核心问题：练什么、怎样练、练多少和为何练。在对PIN结合论进行简要概述的基础上，本课题研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等方法对运动员的竞技能力系统模式进行了详细阐述，分析了这一复杂系统内部若干竞技子能力之间的逻辑关系，并针对运动训练的一些重要问题提出了我们的看法。研究的主要目的在于进一步加深人们对运动员竞技能力系统的全面认识和对运动训练竞赛过程本质的理解；在具体的运动训练竞赛实践中，促使人们高度重视运动员各项竞技子能力的协调、全面发展，以最终实现提升运动员的综合竞技能力。同时，本课题研究也是我们先前所提出的PIN结合运动训练理论体系的重要内容。

Viewpoints of the PIN-bonding Sport Training Theory on Athletes Competitive Ability System

The athletes＇ competitive ability system related to scientific grasp and understand the four core questions of sports training and competition activities scientifically, i. e. What to be trained, how to train them, how much should be trained and why to train them. Firstly the theory of PIN-bonding sport training theory is outlined,then the pattern of athletes＇competitive ability system is elaborated in detail with the methods of literature reviews, interviewing the experts and logical analysis;the logical relations among the many sub-abilities within this complex system are analyzed and many ideas are proposed concerning many important issues of sport training. The aim of this research project is to further deepen people＇s knowledge and understanding toward athletes＇ competitive ability system and the nature of sports training and competition process, which will impel the attention on the coordinating and integrated development of every sub-abilities in athletes in the actual practice,so as to promote their comprehensive competitive ability. This research project is an important part of the PIN-binding sport training theory.
