摘    要:以“水分胁迫对植物水分、光合作用和呼吸作用的影响”为题,进行研究型综合实验设计.对实验目的、药品仪器、实验材料与设计、实验内容和实验步骤作了介绍,对实验报告的撰写和教学时间安排提出合理化的建议,为植物生理学实验教学工作者提供参考.

Abstract:A disquisitive comprehensive experiment was designed about the influence of water stress on water,photosynthesis and respiration of plants.The experiment purpose,chemical medicines and materials used,experiment design,experiment procedure and method were introduced,and some suggestions on the writing of experiment report and the time to conduct experiment were brought forth in this article,which would provide a reference for the teacher of plant physiology experiment.
