摘    要:利用消振液压模锻锤原理,提出了液气式高速棒料剪切机的设计思想.论述了液气式高速棒料剪切机的工作原理和结构特点,建立了工作过程中各阶段的运动方程,并运用Matlab进行求解,验证了该设计方案的可行性.

Abstract:Based on the principle of fully hydraulic die forging hammer,a design idea of hydro-pneumatic high-speed bar-cutter is proposed. The operational principle and structural features of this kind of machine are expoundid,kinematic equations for various operational stages are derived,and their solutions are obtained by using the software Matlab to verify the feasibility of this design scheme.
