摘    要:分析了大型加工用马铃薯恒温保鲜库建筑设计体系及建筑结构设计关键点.建筑设计主要有两种体系,一种为集中送回风体系,一种为分体式送回风体系.建筑设计关键点为建筑保温密闭设计和建筑防火设计.结构设计主要有两个关键点:一是墙壁(支挡结构)的抗侧压力;二是地面的承压设计.
