| 摘 要： | 图书馆的“以人为本”中的人包含两个层次:一是作为服务主体的图书馆员;一是作为服务客体的读者。指出高校图书馆应树立以读者为中心和人才强馆的科学发展观,为读者提供人性化的服务,建立一个和谐的可持续发展的图书馆。

| Abstract: | The "people" in the people-based concept of library has two aspects: one is the librarian who is the subject of the service; another is the reader who is the object of the service. This paper points out that the university library should establish the scientific concept of development of taking the reader as the core and strengthening the library with talents, provide the humanist service for readers and build a harmonious sustainable library. |
