摘    要:目前,汽车工业的发展正处在一个关键时期,同时也面临着严峻的考验.一是我国加入WTO后,国产汽车要应对全球化的挑战;二是进入知识经济时代,世界汽车工业的制造技术应考虑和操作的不再止于产品的设计与生产,而应包括从市场调查、产品开发和改进、制造加工、销售、售后服务,到产品报废、解体、回收,再到循环使用、循环利用的产品整个生命周期和多个生命周期.在这种新的竞争形势下,采用全新的经营理念,充分利用先进的计算机技术、反求工程技术来完善和发展我国的汽车产业,以能够快速、低耗、低价、高质、高效、安全地生产出社会需要的各种产品,从而保证汽车工业顺利健康地发展,并继续发挥其在国家经济中支柱产业的作用.

Abstract:Nowadays, the automobile industry is in its critical stage, facing a dilemma. On the one hand, our country had entered the WTO, and the market is globalized. On the other hand, the world has gone into an era of knowledge economy, the manufacture technology of the automobile industry in the world is much more than design and production and should include its whole life period or periods from market investigation, development and amelioration, manufacturing, distribution, after-sales service, breakingdown and reclamation to new cycles. In the fierce competition, we should possess the new business concept to prefect and develop our automobile industry with the advanced computer and reverse engineer techniques, so that we can produce more automobiles needed by people swiftly, with low costs, low price, high quality, high efficiency and security, and ensure the automobile industry in our country to develop smoothly and swiftly and play a key role in the national economy.
