摘    要:研究白柠檬素的化学合成工艺.以间苯三酚和丙炔酸乙酯为原料,在无水氯化锌催化下缩合成环得到5,7-二羟基香豆素,收率为97.7%.5,7-二羟基香豆素经甲基化反应得到白柠檬素.研究了影响甲基化反应的各反应条件,确定了以硫酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂,交替滴加30%液碱和硫酸二甲酯的甲基化反应工艺,反应收率为75.5%.对甲基化反应机理进行了讨论.

Abstract:The synthesis of limettin is studied. 5,7-dihydroxycoumarin was synthesized through phloroglucin and ethyl propionate by the catalysis of ZnCl_2, with a yield of 97.7%. 5,7-dihydroxycoumarin was reacted with methylation reagents giving limettin. The conditions of methylation reaction were studied in detail and the optimization conditions determined with a yield of 75.7%: dimethyl sulfate was used as the methylation reagent, while dimethyl sulfate and 30% NaOH solution was dropped in alternatively. The mechanism of methylation reaction is discussed.
