| 摘 要： | 介绍了屏幕传输的应用背景及TCP／UDP协议，分析了常见的屏幕传输算法的特点。选择分块截图传输算法作为基本算法，根据功能需要，将TCP／UDP分别应用于监控和屏幕广播功能中，用Delphi工具进行了实现，并对测试结果做了分析。

| Abstract: | Considering the known problems,such as great consumption of both bandwidth and CPU resource and low image quality,of the traditional full-screen capturing screen image transmission algorithm,we have chosen the block image capturing method,instead.TCP and UDP are applied separately to surveillance and screen broadcasting,and the test result is also analyzed. |
