| 摘 要： | 本文从系统观出发,根据成都市下属区县三镇调查获得的资料,论述了农村劳动力转移就业的现状及其对统筹城乡发展的影响。在统筹城乡发展中必须以系统观为指导来解决农村劳动力的转移问题,将农村劳动力转移放在城乡协调发展、新农村建设、农业产业发展和农民增收的链条上来综合加以考虑。具体调研结果表明:农村劳动力转移就业能使农村劳动力获得较高的收入和提升他们的职业技能;转移出来的农村劳动力对工作等有较高的满意度;农村劳动力转移就业对统筹城乡发展有明显的促进作用。
