摘    要:高速公路交通安全评价是各级单位对于交通管理和事故预防的基础。为确定高速公路在运营时的交通安全等级,由博弈论思想将FAHP法与熵权法所求权重优化重组,得出组合权重;并且通过TOPSIS法求得贴近度矩阵,结合组合权重建立评价混合模型。以洛阳某高速公路为例,进行交通安全等级综合评价,并将结果与单一权重计算模型:熵权-TOPSIS、FAHP-TOPSIE模型进行比较。结果表明博弈组合赋权的TOPSIS法所得结果更具有效性、准确性,且与实际交通安全状况基本相符,可见该混合模型能合理的反应高速公路交通安全等级。

Abstract:Freeway traffic safety evaluation is the basis for units at all levels for traffic management and accident prevention. In order to determine the traffic safety level of the expressway in operation, the weights required by the FAHP method and the entropy weight method are optimized and recombined by game theory to obtain the combined weight; and the closeness matrix is obtained by the TOPSIS method, and the combined evaluation is established by combining the weight model. Taking a highway in Luoyang as an example, a comprehensive evaluation of traffic safety levels is performed, and the results are compared with a single weight calculation model: entropy weight-TOPSIS, FAHP-TOPSIE models. The results show that the TOPSIS method weighted by the game combination is more effective, accurate, and basically consistent with the actual traffic safety situation. It can be seen that the hybrid model can reasonably reflect the highway safety level.
