摘    要:通过花粉管通道法将高粱总DNA导入春麦甘麦8号、陇春13号和陇春10号,经过多代选择获得了5个稳定遗传新品系.在高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基分析中,甘麦8号后代89144的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基发生突变,较其受体多了5 10亚基,而少了2 12亚基;其他几个转基因后代与其受体比较,高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成未发生变化;但是各亚基的相对质量分数有较大变化.高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基的组成和各亚基质量分数的变化直接影响小麦品质.本研究对外源总DNA花粉管通道法导入小麦在改良小麦品质方面的作用进行了讨论.

Abstract:The total DNA of sorghum was introduced into spring wheat Ganmai No.8, Longchun No.13 and Longchun No. 10 by using the pollen tube pathway. Five new wheat lines was obtained. The studies on storage protein showed that mutation of high molecular weight subunits of glutenin happened in the progeny 89144. Compared with its recipient Ganmai No.8, the high molecular weight subunits 5+10 were presented in 89144 while subunits 2+12 were presented in Ganmai No.8. There was no change on the pattern of HMW-subunits of glutenin of other progenies. But the relative content of high molecular weight subunits of glutenin of the new wheat lines were different from those of their acceptors respectively. Both the patterns and content of high molecular weight subunits of glutenin affect wheat quality directly. It is suggested that the effect of introducing total DNA via pollen tube pathway might improve wheat quality.
