电沉积Ni-S合金析氢阴极的研究

摘    要:以硫脲作为硫源,在瓦特浴体系中通过电沉积方法获得NiS合金电极·系统地讨论了电沉积过程中各工艺条件(硫脲浓度、电流密度、pH值及温度)对镀层中S含量的影响,确定了硫脲浓度和电流密度为NiS合金镀层中S含量的主要影响因素;以恒电流极化方法测试不同S含量的合金电极的析氢过电位,得到了析氢过电位仅为90mV的非晶态NiS合金析氢阴极;以稳态极化方法测定该电极的稳态极化曲线,并通过计算得出其电化学参数(b,i0)·结果表明,该电极具有极高的电化学活性·

Abstract:Nickel sulfur electrode was obtained in typical Watt bath adding thiourea by electrodeposition. The effects of thiourea concentration, current density, temperature and pH value of electrolyte on sulfur content in the deposited nickel sulfur electrode were systematically studied, and the hydrogen evolution overvoltage and electrochemical parameters of nickel sulfur electrode were measured as well. The results indicate that main factors which influence sulfur content in the coatings on the electrode are thiourea concentration and current density, and that the nickel sulfur electrode presentes low hydrogen evolution overvoltage and high electrochemical activity.
