基于钨基催化剂的环己醇氧化反应

摘    要:研究了以过氧化氢为氧化剂,在WO3,Na2WO4.2H2O,Na9SbW9O33]和自制CTA]9SbW9O33]等钨基催化剂的作用下,环己醇选择性氧化制备环己酮的反应,并对反应物的物质的量之比、反应温度、反应时间等进行了优化.发现催化剂CTA]9SbW9O33]的活性最高,在80℃下,n(过氧化氢)∶n(环己醇)∶n(CTA]9SbW9O33])为75∶50∶0.06时,反应2 h可使环己醇的转化率达到97.4%,环己酮的选择性为99.7%.

Abstract:The selective oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone was studied systematically using WO3,Na2WO4·2H2O,Na9SbW9O33] and the prepared 9SbW9O33] as tungsten-based catalysts and H2O2 as oxidant. The influence of the amount of substance ratio of the starting materials,the temperature and the reaction time were improved.9SbW9O33] showed the highest catalytic activity.The conversion of cyclohexanol reaches 97.4% and the selectivity to cyclohexanone is 99.7% within 2 hours,while the temperature is 80 ℃ and the ratio of n(H2O2)∶n(cyclohexanol)∶n(9SbW9O33]) is 75∶50∶0.06.
