| Abstract: | The h-index appeared in recent years is a bibliometric indicator to evaluate scientific researchers' performance in scientific research,it contains certain cultural connotation.The h-index can be applied to the topics selecting and contributions soliciting of sci-tech journal's editing work.In topics selecting the h-index can be used to analyze the sci-tech research information,and in contributions soliciting,the h-index can be used to establish researchers' information database. |
