| 摘 要： | 生物技术企业的发展需要多方的努力，行业组织可以在其中发挥重大作用．研究行业组织介入生物技术企业发展的时代背景及其发展的现状，在分析行业组织的5项功能的基础上，提出生物技术行业组织的发展方针，以及建立生物技术民间行业组织过程中应注意的问题．

| Abstract: | The development of biotechnological industry needs the efforts from all walks of life. Trade organizations can play an important role in this process. Firstly, this paper discussess in brief the overall setting in which the trade organization in the operation of the biotechnological industry, and it also gives an account of the current situation into which the organizations have developed. Basing on the analysis of the five functions of the organizations, this paper puts forward the guideline of development which the relevant authority should follow. In the end it provides the suggestions about how to establish biotechnology related trade organizations in the coming days. |
