| 摘 要： | 确立以人为本的新德育观是高校德育回应时代挑战的需要,它体现了高等教育的使命和大学精神,符合马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说,体现了德育工作的规律性,反映了高校在认识和把握德育规律方面取得的新进展、新突破、体现了现代教育的基本思想,反映了现代教育理论与实践的迫切性问题,确立以人为本的新德育观是高校德育实践“三个代表”重要思想,实现好维护好发展好广大学生根本利益的要求。
