论社会主义网络文化自觉的提升途径

网络文化自觉程度的高低,不仅决定着文化品质的优劣,而且关系到国家与民族的文明进程。如何有效激发并提升社会主义网络文化自觉,已经显得异常迫切和重要。为此,需要以马克思主义网络化为指导,以道德自觉自律为基础,以文化与科技的融合为支撑,以传统文化的现代化和网络化为根本,以政府的文化自觉自省为主导,达到提升社会主义网络文化自觉的目的,并以此促进社会主义先进文化的创新力度,有效地加快社会主义文化的发展进程。

On Means of Improving Socialistic Internet Culture Consciousness

The degree of internet culture consciousness not only determines the quality of culture, but also affects the civilization cause of the whole nation. It is an urgent task to effectively arouse and promote the internet culture consciousness. In order to promote the innovation of socialistic advanced culture and accelerate the development of socialistic culture, great efforts should be taken to enhance the cultural consciousness of socialistic internet, which is based upon Marxist internet and moral discipline, supported by integration of culture and technolo~, aimed at the modernization and internet of traditional culture and driven by the government measures.
